EQ TRAINER PROFILE - AARON LEE

Aaron Lee is a high-energy speaker in service, Emotional Intelligent, leadership, the T.E.A.M., communication and "The Real Coach in the Real World". He has many years of training experience included those he did in the United States and Thailand. His last appointment was the head of learning and development for one of the largest and most profitable retail chain in Malaysia.

His experience ranges from industries such as insurance, multi-level marketing, retail, manufacturers, IT, academic and others. He was once appointed as senior lecturer for an EMBA program specialized in marketing, management, economic, operations management and strategic planning.

He has been described as a dynamic and inspiring speaker. Through his practical content and upbeat humor, his audience will be informed, inspired and motivated to take immediate positive actions. Aaron has coached and trained over thousand of people included CEO, senior sales manager, entrepreneur, financial planner, senior product engineer and many others.

He had trained and coached employees from outstanding MNC and local firms such as Nestle, Prudential, Nationwide Express, Telekom, Toyota, Infineon, Popular Bookstore, Honda, Watsons, Shell, Huawei Asia Pacific, Yokohama, IGB, Hai-O, Hwa-Tai, KLCC, Intel, J & J, Cubic electronic, Oracle and many others.

He holds a B.Sc. degree in Operations Management from University of Tennessee, USA and also graduated from one of the top MBA program in the United States. He is also a HRDF certified trainer. He is fluent in Mandarin, English and B. Malaysia and this helps him to truly reach the Asian audience.

The impact of his lively training and ideas has generated greater energy and direction towards the challenge of excellence. His mission is to bring Asian from good to great through easy to understand and practical approaches.
